This is what happens with the first command. As for Remi, I will have to upgrade my php version. This server is using the version 5.3.13.
PHP 5.3.13 is the latest
Usually that would work - I'm running CentOS 6.2 without any issues. Just try the second command, I'm not sure EPEL in needed by remi anyway..
Yes, it's unmanaged, but PHP and MySQL were already installed. Seems like they are the old versions and with some things missing, though.

If you don't know where they're supposed to be ran, you probably can't run them. Contact your web host.
