Download the new version, replace your files and run the upgrade script?
nope want add from my 1.6.7 mybb all thread and posts to new copy of 1.6.7
Install MyBB, export the database from your original forum, drop all the tables in the newly created database and import the database backup. You might need to make some changes to ./inc/settings.php and to the settings in the ACP to correct the board URL/cookie settings.
