Well, I want some professional opinions.
I'm running http://codmedia.net at the moment, there's about always 3 members online, and at peak around 8. (Posting)
So its going better than most gaming forums, but I want some ideas.
We're going on a month of running, and have almost reached 4k posts, and 150 members, which is pretty good, but they're not all active -.-
Do you have any ideas to get more of the registered members more active, and bringing back inactive ones? Along with possibly making the forum Invite Only for a while that way we can privately add threads, then do some type of big push for a public release? Any ideas?
