You do realize less then 1% of the world uses Windows 98 right? Supporting Windows 98 is like making a game and supporting FreeBSD ... Only so many use it and the ones who do probably aren't going to be using it for games..

Why don't you use less images and just use normal colors for the backgrounds?

Because textured images makes it look closer to the origianal 1Crimson iOS theme.
The borders are rounded a bit much for my taste
