I feel like a right eejit for posting this as it may well be something buried in the settings somewhere. It's really simple. Basically I want to know how to have a notification that's just like when you take the board offline and leave a message, underneath the header area. So if there's anything important to tell my members I could just enter some text and enable the notification.

I'd have thought this would be in the settings with there already being notification support for board closing, for example. Anyway, if you can tell me how to do this, thanks.
