I can't seem to find how to check password reset logs, as in if member XYZ requested a password reset as I'd like to verify if an account in particular was compromised through an e-mail password reset or if they knew the password.

You mean to show a log (to probably admins in admincp ?) of each password reset ?

Its possible with a plugin since it doesn't logged by default.
