I am curious as the the best way I should do this upgrade?

I have both the 1.6.7 and the 1.6.8 changed files packages. Should I just upgrade my forum to 1.6.7 than upgrade it to 1.6.8 or should I do something different? Let me know the best way to do this. Thanks.

I'd advise you use the full package of 1.6.8. It's less hassle than upgrading twice.
