2 differences - no warning level and no group userbar for moderators. Any reason for that?

Also again a question which I asked back in the days and didn't get any satisfying reply - why aren't users added to Moderator group when made as moderators on forums?

Can the moderators group recieve warnings?

As for the second question, usergroup permissions and moderator permissions are two different things. When you're adding a moderator to a forum you're not editing their usergroup, you're editing the forum.

Hmmm, that's weird. Moderator group settings went messed up but noone changed them for sure. What could be the reason? Also could any other setting get messed up?

MyBB doesn't change any group permissions/settings unless an admin has made those changes.

Unless an administrator has moved them or the group promotion system is setup to move certain users to that group, I couldn't say for sure.

So someone changed those settings and removed logs without leaving any proof? Don't think so... It's sure bug because there was printed path to Moderator group userbar [images/...] just in announcements (3rd link, don't know if you watched it) and path in settings was empty. How is that possible without bug?

EDIT: Changed it back to empty path, look what shows in announcement



About 2nd - group promotion isn't even touched, administrators didn't move them (as I said just 3 out of 8 were moved).
