When a group leader tries to remove selected users from group, it says that they are deleted but still they stay there. Why?

Are they part of another group? Because they must be part of some group.

Yes, for example someone is in Members (primary) and Registered (additional). When I try to remove him it says he's removed but he's still in Members group.
