Is it possible to do so that I somehow can make a custom field in the database table for threads.

And then show it into the thread.

So if the input in the database is "testing ".

Then it should say testing in the thread.

You want the same thing to show in every post/thread? User specific? I have a feeling you may need a plugin or you can use custom profile fields.
