Is possible for guests to see only first post, and the remaining posts to be replaced with a message (for example: "You must be logged in to view this response").

I tried but I get this error:

"The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression."

I believe that modification does not work.

It does work, you are just doing it the wrong way.
