not actually.... Scan your system too, if someone has done once, there are full possibility he will do twice...
Check your server.. your own system , etc.,, do not expect reply on how to do that ... It's beyond the scope of mybb..
Small Recommendations => install Good Antivirus, malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) ... go to sysinternals.com etc.,,
If possible re-upload all mybb files after full scan of your system and host.
