Looks like a great theme! Loving the colour picker!
This theme looks quite similar to Infinite but I can see why. Really nice so far.
Yeah, I'm not going to lie, it looks quite a lot like Infinite, as I said earlier. Would only be fair that you credit Ehren since he did create this theme from nothing.
I don't think its needed, I have seen many navigation like this. I seen lots of Content Management System with this navigation and plus the design look a like but not totally alike to his.
