Yep very slow and Cloudflare keeps telling me it's offline

It wasn't when it came back couple of days back. Now it is since the cloudfare is being functional.

Im guessing it was due to A server reboot and some maintenace.

We actually moved to a completely new set of servers, so we had to transfer all the data from the old server over.
