So i get this error when some tries to sign up, and i looked for the answers on here but the link i found doesn't work anymore, anyone have a new link or know how to fix it? thanks

thanks ill check it out once my site is online, i got ip limit exceeded lmao
im still getting this error, i don't think it has to do anything with the captcha anyone wanna help me? Sad
