Does anyone know where I could find a good one? Preferably something like this one: http://www.publicspace.net/Vitamin-R/ that allows me to break down things and accomplish them one at a time, just for windows. It can be paid or free, hoping for free though.

I've used both of those a lot.

Microsoft has one aswell, not used it lately so no comments.

Why not use something web-based like trac? I usually stick to web based solutions as I often use multiple computers.

To be honest with you, I'd just use Google calendar and schedule everything.
