Can someone help me find the problem to this? the drop down box for the User CP has more options that are not english.

It will be because the theme is not English or made by an English designer. I had the same issues on a theme where the login links were not English. you will have to go into the header settings and edit the titles.
You should be able to change them in ACP >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> yourtheme >> Header Templates >> header_welcomeblock_member
