For a start hes charging $10 for a few modifications to the default theme. thead/tcat images and some additional css. The only people who will buy this are people who have no clue of html and css and even those people should know better. If you spend 2 minutes in the mybb theme section, you'll see several themes that will out class this theme by miles.
Im just being brutally honest. I dont mind people charging for top class themes that require a lot of work, but charging for something like this is outrageous. Thats my opinion anyway.
