I uploaded everything and ready to install but my index.php file in my install folder wont work coz it's a bad file what do I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by bad file?

If you want a "good file", try the uploaded copy of /install/index.php

Ok it's not a bad file anymore but now when I go to install using my browser only adverts come up.

If "adverts" comes up, its because of your webhost.

Please make sure your webhost offers the following:
- PHP
- MySQL
for MyBB to work.

I'm using http://1500mb.com/ and it offers both. I don't understand why it's not working

Try ignoring the ads then, but go through the installation.

Well Only adverts come up...no installation.
