Hi everyone,
I was sending a mass mailing to my members about zero post accounts. So I typed up a message and set the following settings:
Groups: Apprentice, Registered
Post Count: Is Exactly -> 0
This should return about 30 users by my count in the Member List.
However, the mass mail system returns the number of applicable users as 53, which means only 14/67 have not posted, which should be about 37.
Is the system an OR system, or is it an AND system? Or is this just a plain bug?
