I guess this is because your forums were in Hebrew previously and the settings didn't convert to English as board language.(Developers might want to do something about this.)
You can go download the Hebrew translation pack if the Mybb1.2 version is avaliable.
Else what you can do is go to your FTP where your mybb is located.
Download and edit /Mybb/inc/settings.php
Find $settings['bblanguage'] = "hebrew"; and replace the whole line with $settings['bblanguage'] = "english";
