Dear all, i am upgrading from 1.6.0 to 1.6.8 and following the upgrade processes.
quick question is as in 1st step i have to upload all files from 'upload' folder.. what will happen about plugins which i have already installed on my forums as this new plugins folder will over right all my installed plugins files ?

A new MyBB package doesn't have an files in the plugin folder, bar the two default plugins. Just upload the new package and overwrite, you won't lose anything.

PS. the uploads folder is not you plugin folder, your plugin folder is inc/plugins. The uploads folder won't be affected either.
