In ACP when I click browse themes,

No issue here when I clicked browse themes tab.

Run File Verification tool. Does it say any file changed ?

It happens when you browse the themes tabs in the ACP

Sounds like it could be an issue with your server contacting the MyBB one. I assume you do have CURL installed and enabled? Do other functions such as the check for normal updates work?
