With one of my internet connection, every time when I access the forum, it shows

I'm sorry, but you are banned. You may not post, read threads, or access the forum. Please contact your forum administrator should you have any questions.

After I use another internet connection, it is ok.

What can be the reason? Can be my ip was banned by my forum? But I can access other pages except forum.

My ip which shows this error is 196.0.4.86 .

You might have accidentally banned your own IP. Check if your IP is present in ACP > Configuration > Banning > Banned IP Addresses.
