I saw a solution, the ACP > Modify Settings > Delete the ones that are double, but there's no delete option shown in these settings.

In the database, in the table mybb_settings the setting are also duplicated? This happened when you upgraded the MyBB version?

Haven't check yet, as much as possible I dont want to touch the phpMyAdmin. If there's a solution for this in the ACP internally, that would be much better.

ACP -> Modify Settings -> Controls (on the right side)
There is a button called "Options". Left click will show "Edit Setting Group" and "Delete Setting Group".
