I have created a universal dumpster i want to have an auto close once it moves into that section

Could you please explain it a bit further?

What do you mean by "dumpster" ?
Do you want to show a message somewhere but hides when you enter into some specific forums ?

Ok you have a junk thread u place it into a section where all bad threads go, from there i want it to auto close

Unless you plan to move them back to a live section, you can just set the forum as not "Active".
