While not a custom theme (and from the mods.mybb.com site) i really do like this one a lot, on the other side the author of the theme based it on diablofans.com which is clearly visible.
Anyways its a nice theme but i would make the header transparent (so not a full background image with your site name infront of it).
And create a custom header (new logo etc.), make some new artwork / find some different background image that is not only focussed on diablo 3 would fit better since its a general gaming forum (would probably also be fine by just creating a new logo without the whole logo background. Which is probably the worst thing about the theme) .
Not to many sections either, for a gaming forum it seems a lot of things are done well. Good luck and hopefully it becomes a succes.

Anori is right about this theme being inspired by a Diablo Fansite, but I've made a lot of changes to that template lately if you're interested it's located here;

It's been edited to look more like the actual Diablo fansite theme.

Looks great. Only problem is the portal. Guests can see nothing. You should let them view announcements so they would know what is going on, might even help convince them to join.

I being honest like your previous version more. I dont like the whole background image behind the container, and the borders. One thing i would like to see is the body images fully behind the whole background. And have a transparent header image. So not with all the black spots on it. And purely make it the log there, so that it makes the logo image overlay over the background body image. Would in my opinion make it better, but thats also for personal taste.

This has been fixed. Thanks for all the comments guys. I actually just stopped by Gamer Templates before I came here koz. I saw it. I'll stick with what I have for now. Working on a few other things before I eventually get a premium theme.
