hello friends i have uploded the upload folder to my public html directory and name servers are also working well. i can see upload folder without logging in to c panel of my domain name. but i can not instal that getting error. please help.

You're supposed to upload the contents of the Upload folder to your web host, not the Upload folder itself.

The error states what the issue is. You're missing the file ./inc/init.php. Reupload the ./inc/ directory from a fresh download.
