Hi

is it possible a plugin that only allow to download attachment to who have 10 posts or higher??

and customizable to some attachment(maybe i want some attachment have this rules and some attachments be free to download) ??

New Usergroup -> Allow ability to download attachments.
Registered Usergroup -> Remove ability to download attachments.

Group promotion -> Move user into 'New Usergroup' or whatever you call it after 10 posts. Done.
