Are you sure index.php is there?
As you do not have any content on the forums yet, try deleting everything and reuploading and then reinstalling MyBB
i just installed my forum it's fresh..

Appear? Iff you mean upload, then it depends on your internet connection speed

Hey I think there are some files missing again, try downloading a fresh copy of MyBB, and then zipping the files from the upload folder, and from your 000webhost file manager, select the upload and extract option and upload your ZIP file, that should work
