Can any one tell me ame of this plugin. . .

Its probably an ad manager, and if you got that image fro HackForums.net, which I suppose you have then it is the Ad Manager from MyBBCentral.com, which requires a premium subscription to download

i have that plugin but there is no opption like this type of plugin. . .

Well then labrocca must have modified it, but there IS a option I think, ads are there for guests but not for registered users
