I will pay some to create custom colored stars:

I need

Gold (not default)
Green
Orange
Silver
Gray
Black
Red
Blue
Purple
Rainbow

I'll pay you to fetch or create stars with those colors.

Do you mean like the rating stars?

If so, get GIMP and run colorize on the images. It will be quick and save you a bit of money.
