MyBB Community Forums

My members are unable to add attachments to their posts when posting to a certain forum. They are able to add attachments to their threads and replies everywhere else but not in one forum. Any ideas how I can fix this?

The URL to my forum is http://community.yrea.org.uk/ and you can login with the username "MyBBTest" and the password "mybb123".

On which section/forum/sub forum they are facing issues while attaching ? A link to actual forum/subforum would be good.

Members can't post threads in that section, only replies, because its where we hold our administrator-run competitions.

Any ideas?
