Is it possible to get something like that for MyBB so it will help google?
Google SEO doesnt do that^^

It won't make much difference, Google has stated it doesn't care if you're using friendly URLs or not.

It does do that, all you have to do is rewrite the URLs to a scheme that suits your needs.
I have google seo installed can you tell me the process how to go about it?

No couldnt find what i wanted.
It allows you to change from showthread.php?tid=1 to thread-1.html
Not how i wanted it!

You can do that by applying the changes for "Google SEO" plugin "core changes".
Goto to Admin Panel ==> Configuration ==> Plugins ==> Google SEO
Under the Google SEO plugin, you will have some settings, check those and at last you will have like this "Click to Apply changes to core files."
After applying changes your URL will turn into SEO urls.
