Hello guys,

I have a forum that version 1.6.8 and then I have a problem.

All the groups that I added or default without admin, can't send a message seperately. It's not related to time. Whenever I try send a comment, quick reply or new comment, it is combined with previous message. I add a caps for you. And please tell me how can I fix this. I hadn't a plugin related to flood or something like that. It is came from the begining.
