You can simply revert the template back to default by:
Expanding the New Reply Templates, there will be an options drop down to the extreme right of the newreply template, click it and chose revert to default.
That is it.

Yes i did that in a new tab, I had code in there that I didn't want to strip out. I had accidentally took a small section out that I needed.
