One thing that annoys me is that everything is relative without the site directory base, a / to the front or even the whole site url. This makes creating URL rewrites with slashes impossible without having to catch screwed up addresses and redirect then back!

You also can not have sites at sub-domains or sub folders without themes breaking.

I Vote to have this fix in the next release. Its something simple to fix just needs to be done by updating all redirects and templates.
