how to change color (Unread 0, Total 0)

Try Configuration > Languages > English American > Edit language variables > Member.lang.php > Scroll down > Agreement and Agreement_1, 2,3,4 & 5

There is a shortcut. Go to Configuration > Languages > English American > Edit language variables and there is a tab here which says 'Quick Phrases'. The registration agreement can be modified here too.
