I searched around, but couldn't find the solution.

I looked in the configuration and can't find a setting that triggers this. How do you go from www.website.com/User-admin to www.website.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=1

Disable the setting (If you're using it): Google SEO >> Enable Google SEO URL
