Is there any issues with Google SEO mod breaking with 1.6.8?

Only if you've made those changes to the default theme.

It's working fine for me, no issues.
I made all my changes on a separate theme installation, so It seems I should be fine then.

One more thing, I didn't want to have to make a new thread to ask but.. I've successfully upgraded from 1.6.7 to 1.6.8 and the install directory is locked... but I'd much rather either deny all access to the install directory with an .htaccess file OR completely delete the directory.
Will MyBB operate 100% ok in either scenario? which is better to do? thank you.
