i originally had 50 members and i got my old database back witch has over 3k members and it shows in the board stats i only have 50 members, how can i fix this?

I don't know if this will fix it, but try to go to: Admin CP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Recount & Rebuild -> Recount Statistics -> Go.
