Wondering if anyone can help please?

I've just installed a copy of 1.6.8 at www.utd111.com/forum

The issue occurs when a new post is made.

The forum seems to be working OK - whenever anyone makes a new post, it posts OK, and the dialog box "Thank you, your post has been...etc" appears.....

but in that couple of seconds whilst the post is updating, there's an "internal server error" message in black print appears in front of the background image.

I run a number of other myBB sites on the same server and they are not having this problem (Never have).

Should I revert to a default set of files to see if this sorts it? Or any other ideas guys? I'd be very grateful for any help.

Cheers

Bugsley

Hi Yaldaram

It says:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

Please contact the server administrator [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error.log

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Apache server at www.utd111.com port 80

PS It only comes up during the time a post is being made
Its a host issue then. Have you contacted them in order to resolve this issue ?
I've been through the host advice and checked "permissions, htAccess file etc

Is it possible this could be being caused by the Prostats Plugin?

I ask because I'm getting the same message at the top of the Prostats settings page? (see image below)

Does Prostats expect me to fill in those boxes at the top??

Sorted!

It was a plugin causing this
