lot of bots are spamming all and everything, captcha/recaptcha is already dead.
so atleast we can reduce spam from bots by using question answer mod during CREATION OF NEW THREAD , already this mod is available during registration
if possible the question we show to user must be converted to image(so poor coded bots can't read image, but highly coded bots do anything)
