Can someone tell me how to set the admin timestamp to my timezone?

Just checking in to see if anyone knows how to change the timestamp within the ACP?

I would have though this would be set to the server/forum time. How much out is it?
You know Polarbear, it's been about a month since I posted, and I can't remember where I specifically saw the issue. I think it was when I looking through the email logs and it was showing 24 hour time. Is there a way to show standard time?
Standard being AM/PM? If so probably not. I imagine it's hardcoded in as its not something people often want to change
