You have to define icon paths in ACP settings after activating the plugin.

It works like a charm.

hmmm... you can try codeden by envato and use a CSS/javascript alternative. I've used one before on a flash template... I'll edit this post with code (or post a new reply) if I can find it.

At least all you'd have to do is upload the files, edit what you want to be shown in script, and edit your template (depending, I don't own either of these so not sure, the one I have is built into a flash file).
