I'm trying to setup mybb, my host is godaddy. When im on the templates and skins part of the setup i get this error.

Error
Please make sure your admin directory is uploaded correctly.

I have no idea why this is happening, and no idea how to fix it ! please help! thanks in advance.

Have you ensured the admin folder (and contents) from the MyBB download have been correctly uploaded to your host?

I just dragged and dropped the upload file into the filezilla, I didnt make any changes to any of the folders only thing i did was not putting everything inside public_html folder jsut left it outside since my host didnt have any of the folders already made and when i did my own public_html folder it just 404ed me when i typed in the url.

I'm confused - where did you upload the files?

What's the URL to your site? Maybe I can figure out what you've done.
