Full Version: Google Seo plugin causing 404 not found error
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
Here is the nature of the problem:

Setup:

1. I have deactivated all plugins except google seo.
2. I have set a time limit for post edits at 720 minutes

Problem:

If one tries to do a quick and full edit on a post prior to expiration of 720 minutes it works fine.

If one tries to do a quick edit post 720 minutes it works fine, BUT

If one tries to do a full post edit after the 720 minutes then one gets redirected to: "google_seo_error=404"

Any suggestions as to why this might be happening??? Many Thanks!
Please post your forum's URL and any testing account.

Also have you renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess ?

Yaldaram thanks for your help. Here is the info. that you asked for:

1. Yes, to your .htaccess question.

2. I run a dummy board for test purposes. Here is the url where you can see the problem. Login using the test account and then try to do a quick edit and a full edit on the "test_user" post.

Looks like a webserver configuration issue to me. Your 404 page redirects to 404 page for some reason.
I am having the same problem here in http://forum-discussion.com/index.php
