If i wanted to merge a user who is banned with a user evading a ban, how would i go about Doing this? i have looked all over google. And found nothing, And i know HF can do it to.

Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Merge Users
(It's at the top right hand corner, just above where all the users are listed)
