So... this will be probably one of the next unsolved issues which "aren't MyBB problem". Here another problems which may be connected with it:

2 of my users complained that they can't send topics/posts because they got "Error: The message is missing. Please enter a message". In every forum base, no matter how many chars. They can just post in shoutbox. One of them couldn't also receive E-mail for new password.
I can provide someone trusted an admin account or whatever to let you see those 3 issues yourself and help me out. Please.
Are you using any plugins. I can't see why only 2 users wouldn't be able to recieve emails even. All that mybb does is send a message to phpmail.
Are they in a specific usergroup? Have you tried moving them to another usergroup with similar/better permissions? Since they didn't recieve any emails did they verify their account?
I mean it's hard to call all these things bugs when they are only seem to happening on your site.
PM me admin, FTP and cPanel login details and I'll take a look when I get chance.

Yes, several plugins.
Only 1 person said he couldn't receive mail, as I mentioned. With 2 I meant they can't post any message and one of them had problem with getting new pass on E-mail. I asked this person for more details and he can't post only when using editor (not in any way like I said before, can use Quick Reply), he's using Firefox.

Yes, they are in the same group. But other people in that group didn't report any problem. Will try to move but the permissions seem to be good.
He verified account because he didn't have any problem then, the issue with editor and no email with new pass started after some time.

I don't know if the 2 other were reported, but what could it be if not a bug or plugin problem? I didn't do any changes to core files or database, neither any other admin so don't know what else could be wrong.
