Cannot access my administrator control panel.
When I try I get this message.

Not Found

The requested URL /admin/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ?

Make sure the ./admin folder is present or it not renamed. Also have you installed any admincp plugin like honeypot etc. ?

I do have administrator panel.
It consists of backups, Inc, Jscripts, modules, styles, index PHP.

While I was trying to install a logo plug-in a thunderstorm hit and knocked out my Internet in the middle of the process.
When I got back online I could not access my administrator panel.
In my C panel I went back and deleted that plug-in still no access.
Thank you once again Yaldaram.
It ended up being an IP problem with my Internet provider.
